If you’re looking for a therapist who is genuine, engaged, and won’t just nod and ask, “How does that make you feel?”—you might be in the right place.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, addictions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also support those exploring identity and relationships—including folks in the LGBTQ2+ community, and those navigating co-parenting or separation. I’m sex positive and kink-informed.

I show up as a real person in the therapy room—one who might fidget, drop the occasional swear word, and share from lived experience when it serves your healing.

I practice from an integrative, meaning-centred lens– drawing from various evidence-based modalities. This allows flexibility based on what’s best for you and your situation. It also enables a holistic process that considers body, mind, and spirit.

Together, we’ll collaborate on clear goals, track progress, and make sure therapy is moving you toward real change. My goal is to help you uncover your inner wisdom and strength to live a more authentic, meaningful life.

ON MATERNITY LEAVE.

Sometimes things feel off, but it’s hard to pinpoint why. You might feel disconnected—from your relationships, from yourself, from the kind of life you want to be living. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that feel familiar but frustrating. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of old experiences that still show up in the present—in your relationships, in your reactions, in your body. You want something to shift, but figuring out how can feel overwhelming.

I work with both individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship stress. I show up with curiosity, warmth, and presence—offering space to explore what’s shaped you and what might need to be reworked. Our work is collaborative and shaped by your pace and goals. I draw from ACT, EMDR, attachment theory, somatic practices, parts work, DBT, and Gottman-informed approaches, depending on what fits best.

I’m always learning—about therapy, about parenting, and about how we grow in the context of relationships. I believe people do what they need to survive, and that healing often begins with a shift toward self-understanding, compassion, and acceptance. I look forward to connecting.
