Warm, genuine, and engaged. My counselling style is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in strong clinical training. I bring authenticity and compassion—offering empathy and validation while at times being direct and providing gentle, intentional challenge to support meaningful change.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, trauma, addiction, and other complex life challenges, including questions of identity, relationships, and life transitions.
I show up as a real person in the therapy room—one who might fidget, drop the occasional cuss word, and share from lived experience when it supports your healing.
My approach is meaning-centred and integrative, drawing from several evidence-based therapies so our work can be tailored to your strengths and needs. We’ll collaborate on clear goals and track progress together, keeping therapy focused and purposeful. Above all, I bring my whole heart to this work. I want you to feel seen, cared for, and supported as you explore what matters most and move toward a more meaningful life. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 20-minute call to see if it feels like a good fit.

ON PARENTAL LEAVE
Sometimes life feels off—you might feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want to be living. Old experiences may still show up in your reactions, your relationships, or even in your body, and figuring out how to move forward can feel overwhelming.
I work with women and adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting, as well as those healing from difficult family or attachment histories. I also support clients exploring identity, relational patterns, and setting healthier boundaries, including both individuals and couples managing trauma or relationship stress.
In therapy, we reflect on how past experiences shape your present, uncover what matters most, and develop practical strategies to build healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. I draw from ACT, EMDR, attachment theory, somatic practices, parts work, DBT, and Gottman-informed approaches, tailoring the work to what fits best for you.
Whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, healing from old wounds, or navigating relational challenges, therapy offers a space to understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, and create the changes you need to live your life more fully.

If you feel as though something needs to change, but aren’t sure exactly what or how, I would be honoured to discuss whether we are a good fit to walk through that journey together. If we both agree that it’s a match, you can expect our sessions’ progression to go something like the following:
First, we build a trusting space. Then we use proven psychological and mindfulness strategies to help you understand yourself & take the (often uncomfortable) actions that will move your life in a direction that aligns with your values. Ultimately, my responsibility is to help you build a meaningful & thriving life.
